This document is placeholder text. It has not been reviewed or approved by U.S. legal counsel and does not yet describe Roadcover’s actual practices or obligations. Do not rely on it.
These terms are intended to govern your use of roadcover.us. By using the site, you would agree to them.
What Roadcover is
Roadcover is not an insurance carrier, agency or broker, and does not underwrite insurance policies, issue quotes, bind coverage, or make eligibility or underwriting decisions.
Roadcover operates an online request platform that may connect consumers with participating insurance providers, insurance agencies, licensed insurance professionals and other partners.
No guarantee of a quote or coverage
Submitting information through the site does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be contacted, or be offered coverage. Insurance products, coverage, rates, discounts, eligibility and availability vary by state and provider and are subject to applicable underwriting requirements.
Any price, coverage term or discount is determined solely by the applicable insurance provider, not by Roadcover.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to submit information only about yourself or about a person for whom you are authorised to act.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to submit automated or fraudulent requests, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
Electronic signatures and consent
Where you click a button indicating your consent to be contacted, you are providing an electronic signature that has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under applicable law.
Third-party sites and partners
The site may link to, or connect you with, third parties. Roadcover does not control and is not responsible for their content, products, services, practices or privacy policies.
Intellectual property
The Roadcover name, logo, site design and content are owned by Roadcover or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadcover is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
Dispute resolution
PLACEHOLDER — the arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, opt-out mechanism and governing-law provisions must be drafted by counsel. Enforceability varies by state and cannot be assumed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
